Provincial transfer cost is the sum of the registry charges:
- Stamp duty = value × provincial stamp duty rate
- Registration fee = value × registration rate
- CVT = value × CVT rate (mainly ICT)
- Transfer cost = stamp duty + registration + CVT + fixed charges
