These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CalcuPK and its calculators. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About CalcuPK
CalcuPK is an independent informational website offering free, Pakistan-focused calculators for taxes, salary, property, vehicles, PTA mobile registration, zakat, gold, investments, freelancing and related planning. CalcuPK is maintained by the CalcuPK Team and is not affiliated with any government authority.
Informational Use Only
The site, its calculators and all content are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions shown on each page, and are not a substitute for official assessments or professional advice.

Calculator Estimates and Assumptions
Each calculator applies a stated formula and a set of assumptions to your inputs. Real-world figures may differ because of thresholds, value bands, filer status, province, timing, exemptions and other factors. Some rates are simplified or placeholder values clearly labelled on the relevant page. Always read the assumptions shown with each tool.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for verifying all calculations, rates, laws, filing obligations, taxes, duties, fees, zakat obligations, and financial decisions with official sources or qualified professionals. You use the calculators and rely on their results entirely at your own risk.
Pakistan Tax, PTA, Property, Vehicle, Zakat, Gold, Currency, and Investment Rate Changes
Rates and rules in Pakistan change frequently — through the annual Finance Act, budgets, SROs, notifications, provincial decisions, regulator updates and market movements. Tax slabs, withholding and advance-tax rates, PTA duties, property valuation tables, vehicle token and registration charges, zakat nisab, gold and currency prices, profit rates and expected investment returns can all change without notice. CalcuPK may not reflect the latest change at any given moment.
Official Sources and Professional Verification
Before acting on any result, verify it with the relevant official source — such as the FBR, the PTA (DIRBS), the relevant provincial excise and taxation or board of revenue department, SBP, SECP, or your bank — and/or a qualified professional such as a tax adviser, accountant, lawyer, licensed financial adviser, or a qualified scholar for zakat matters.

We do not provide official figures or approvals. Always confirm rates, rules and obligations with the relevant official source or a qualified professional before acting.

Pakistan income tax and filer / non-filer calculators

Freelancer and business income tools use simplified non-salaried assumptions and may not reflect IT-export concessions, minimum or turnover tax, registration requirements or your full circumstances. Prohibited Use

Intellectual Property
