ACCA exemption calculator Pakistan 2026

This calculator shows which of ACCA's 13 papers a Pakistani qualification may exempt, how many remain to sit, and what those exemptions cost in rupees. Choose your degree — B.Com, BBA, BS Accounting & Finance, M.Com, an ICAP CA stage or an ACCA Foundation route — to see the likely exempt papers across Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills, then convert the GBP exemption fee to PKR at your own exchange rate and card charge. Strategic Professional papers are never exempt. ACCA's official checker is definitive.

A relevant 4-year accounting/finance degree can attract up to the Applied Knowledge papers plus several Applied Skills papers. The exact set depends on the specific degree and modules.

ACCA exemption fee in PKR

An exemption is not free. ACCA charges a fee for every paper it exempts you from, set in pounds sterling, so the rupee cost depends on the exchange rate on the day you pay and on what your bank adds for an international card payment. Use the Fee in PKR panel in the calculator above to enter today's rate and your own card charge.

The per-paper fees below are the amounts this calculator sums. The rupee column converts them at 385 PKR to the pound, the rate carried in the site data as of 2026-07-22 — replace it with the live rate in the panel above to get your own figure.

Because Strategic Professional papers can never be exempted, they carry no exemption fee. The most an exemption bill can ever cover is the three Applied Knowledge papers and the six Applied Skills papers.

Claim the exemption, or sit the paper?

An exemption saves you the exam and the months of study behind it, but you pay for it, and on the Applied Skills papers the exemption fee is close enough to the exam fee that money alone will not decide it. Students who intend to specialise in a subject — tax, audit, or financial reporting — sometimes sit the paper anyway, because the Strategic Professional papers assume that foundation and are harder to pass without it. Students whose priority is qualifying quickly take every exemption offered.

ACCA's official exemption calculator is the only definitive answer for your specific degree, university and graduation year.
